Role Overview

Sales Consultant - Connected Sales at Honeywell Technologies, Dubai, UAE. This position is available to UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Drive growth and success of SaaS sales initiatives by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and support the development and implementation of Honeywell's innovative building automation products and services. Impact customer satisfaction and business growth by delivering expert technical consultation and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery

• Engage with customers to understand their technical and business needs.
• Provide customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Deliver training to support customer adoption.

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Support sales teams by delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training.
• Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback.
• Assist in solution design based on customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in sales engineering or technical consulting within building automation or related industries.
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems, energy management, and control technologies.
• Familiarity with Honeywell's product portfolio and industry standards.

• Ability to deliver technical presentations and engage with customers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Good understanding of market trends and emerging technologies in building automation.

Additional Information

• Reports directly to the Sales Manager.
• Work location: Dubai, on-site work schedule.
