Role Overview

Sales Consultant – Armani Fashion, Dubai Mall, based at Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose

Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, demonstrating Armani products, building relationships with key customers, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and cultivating customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions.
• Confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products.
• Recommend link products at every sale opportunity.
• Close the sale.
• Build relationships with key customers.

Transactions & Payment

• Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers.
• Issue receipts and bills against purchases.
• Provide professional cash point service.

Customer Care & Complaints

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with company after-sales policy.
• Escalate to management if necessary.

Product & Store Knowledge

• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge at all times.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and in-store promotions.
• Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.

Store Operations & Inventory

• Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas.
• Check stock levels daily.
• Inform Store Manager of depleting stocks to enable replenishment and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.

Compliance & Administration

• Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies.
• Recruit customers for the database.
• Accurately enter customer details on the POS system.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years retail sales or customer service experience.
