Role Purpose
Engage clients with exceptional service and foster strong relationships with in-store customers to build the APM brand and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and build strong in-store relationships.
- Achieve outstanding sales performance.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Manage store operations independently.
- Manage visual merchandising independently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
- Track record of outstanding sales performance.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for APM Monaco.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; other languages a plus.
- Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.
- Approachable personality and customer-service orientation.
