Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions and telephone support
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and actively promote items to customers

Sales & Transactions

• Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately across all payment methods

Store Operations

• Maintain assigned store sections with attention to merchandising standards and product organization
• Maintain stockroom efficiency and organization standards
• Manage cash desk operations, ensuring replenishment and organization throughout the day
• Cover Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier duties as needed during absences

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven retail or customer service experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
