Deliver exceptional customer service while managing sales transactions, maintaining store standards, and operating the cash desk in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Manage assigned store sections by maintaining visual merchandising standards, including product folding, arrangement, and display.
- Execute opening and closing cash desk procedures with complete accuracy and attention to detail.
Sales & Transactions
- Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently across all payment methods.
Customer Service
- Provide attentive customer service by acknowledging customers promptly and addressing their needs professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashier operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
