Key Responsibilities

Store Presentation & Merchandising

• Maintain assigned store sections with attention to visual merchandising, product display, and organization standards
• Receive, organize, and stock new merchandise to support sales floor replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor areas

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide attentive customer service to shoppers through in-person interactions and telephone inquiries
• Promote store initiatives and sales campaigns to customers while working toward sales targets

Checkout Operations

• Process transactions at the checkout with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven customer service experience in a retail environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and organize merchandise
