Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that meets company standards.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable product information to support purchasing decisions.
- Deliver exceptional service at the cash wrap, including processing transactions, promoting gift cards, and suggesting relevant add-on items.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and throughout the store, following up promptly and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
