Sales Assistant position in retail fashion with Al Futtaim, located in Kuwait.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations and maintaining brand standards in a fashion retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Environment & Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects brand standards
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide knowledgeable product information throughout their shopping experience
- Deliver quality fitting room service and follow up with customers promptly
Sales Support
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales
- Promote gift card offerings
Transactions & Administration
- Process transactions efficiently at the cash wrap
- Manage customer data entry
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards
