Role Overview

Sales and Service Advisor (Outsource) at ADIB, Dubai.

Role Purpose

Source and facilitate home finance applications throughout the entire customer onboarding journey. Identify business development opportunities to increase sales, meet individual monthly targets, and deliver exceptional service from initial inquiry through post-disbursement support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Identify business development opportunities to increase sales.
• Source new avenues and new business to meet monthly targets.
• Facilitate home finance applications for the entire onboarding journey of the customer.

Customer Service and Support

• Attend to all after-sales queries of the customer until the customer has availed entire disbursement of funds for completing the construction.
• Service customer requests throughout the journey of securing home finance and provide required support.
• Resolve customer queries within agreed TAT.
• Close customer complaints and ensure the customer is satisfied with the service provided.
• Ensure appropriate KYC and ID&V has been completed for the customers in line with stipulated guidelines.
• Ensure all correct and accurate information has been communicated to the customers with no instances of mis-sell or incorrect information given to clients.

Targets and Performance

• Ensure monthly disbursement targets are met.
• Ensure that individual targets are met month on month.
• Exceed customer expectations and ensure positive customer feedback.

Operations and Compliance

• Ensure the daily submissions are complete in both documentation and credit requirements.
• Ensure complete and correct applicants are submitted for a smooth and successful process.
• Ensure adherence and compliance of all bank-prescribed processes, standard operating procedures, and central bank local requirements.
• Ensure TAT is adhered to where possible.

Skills & Competencies

• Sales and Customer Service experience.
• Real Estate Market knowledge and working experience.
• Home Finance Banking experience (preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
