Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Store Evaluation

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Evaluate customer experiences across luxury retail markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions about experiences in assigned luxury brand locations.

Reporting & Feedback

• Deliver feedback on retail experiences to support brand improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for service excellence through evaluation insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Premium or luxury brand shopper or fan.

Skills & Competencies

• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities.
