Role Overview

Runner – Butler Services at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, opening in 2027. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theatre, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events centre.

Role Purpose

Support the Butler Services team by ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and service areas while maintaining exceptional VIP guest experiences and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Service Coordination

• Support Butlers by ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service areas.
• Works collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional VIP guest experiences.

Preparation & Operations

• Prepare and maintain service stations, mise-en-place, and operational readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in service and back-of-house areas.

Food & Beverage Service

• Deliver food and beverages promptly, clear tables, and reset service areas.

Guest Services

• Assist with guest interactions, handle requests professionally, and support service recovery.
• Understand VIP service standards and handle high-profile guests professionally.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.

Additional Duties

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Head Butler or management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-groomed, physically fit, and confident in a fast-paced service environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Adaptable, responsive, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards.
