Role Overview

Role Purpose
To perform installation, maintenance, and testing of rotating equipment and mechanical systems in compliance with SATORP procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements, ensuring timely completion and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Work Execution
- Receive jobs, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from Supervisor.
- Perform installation and maintenance work according to SATORP procedures and guidelines.
- Operate heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
- Operate basic machine tools including grinder, power saw, drill press, and threading machine.
Testing & Compliance
- Carry out necessary testing including hydro and pneumatic testing.
- Receive and maintain necessary work permits before starting work.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
Quality & Operations
- Perform good housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
- Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (Diploma level).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (Degree level).
- Expert in Rotating Equipment.
