Rooms Recruitment Event – Dubai with Wynn Al Marjan Island. This is an exclusive recruitment event for hospitality professionals residing in Dubai to explore career opportunities across multiple departments at the new integrated resort.
Company Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. Located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah, the resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a theater and a beach club. The property will include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, salon, shopping promenade, and celebrations and events center.
Role Purpose
This recruitment event invites hospitality professionals to interview directly with Wynn Al Marjan Island's Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams. Candidates will explore roles across multiple departments, learn about the resort's culture, and discover opportunities that match their background and experience.

- Explore career opportunities across Housekeeping, Call Centre, Concierge, Butler Services, Floral, Bell Desk, Parking Services (Valet), Front Desk, Kids Club, Pool Services, Public Area, Spa Operations and Salon.
- Positions available across a range of experience levels.

- Participate in direct interviews with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.
