Role Purpose

Lead the front office and housekeeping departments to deliver memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. Set the tone for operational excellence, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration while ensuring financial accuracy and property standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

• Direct everyday front office and housekeeping activity to deliver next-level guest experiences.
• Provide guests with all the information they need to enjoy a memorable experience.
• Conduct routine inspections of the front office and public areas.
• Take immediate action to correct any deficiencies identified during inspections.

Team Leadership & Development

• Develop and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Create the perfect working environment for your team to thrive.
• Drive collaboration between departments.

Financial & Administrative

• Oversee the night audit function.
• Prepare daily financial reports.
• Deliver accurate forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
• Four years of guest service or hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Local language proficiency required.
• Other languages preferred.
