Role Overview
Room Technician / Handy Person at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on maintaining guest rooms and common areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Role Purpose
Perform daily guest room maintenance and repairs while supporting the hospitality mission of delivering memorable experiences. You will ensure guest rooms and hallways are in proper working order and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and hallways.
- Complete carpet cleaning and floor polishing to maintain proper condition.
- Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed.
Inventory Management
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors.
Safety & Compliance
- Identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors.
