Role Purpose

Ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests by taking room service orders, communicating special requests and dietary requirements to the kitchen, and coordinating timely and accurate delivery of meals with attention to Four Seasons Standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Taking & Guest Service

• Take guest orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding guest service through professional telephone communication.
• Capture specific dietary preferences, allergies, food restrictions, and unique guest requests.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate special requests and dietary requirements clearly to kitchen staff.
• Maintain effective communication between the kitchen staff and delivery team.
• Coordinate the delivery of orders to ensure meals arrive fresh, hot, and within expected timeframes.
• Ensure adherence to Four Seasons Standards throughout the order and delivery process.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to communicate professionally and accurately via telephone.
• English and Arabic language proficiency (required).
