Role Purpose
To maintain guest rooms and housekeeping standards in accordance with hotel SOPs and quality guidelines, ensuring guest satisfaction, property security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Operations
- Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with hotel SOPs and quality standards.
- Fulfil VIP requirements and guest special requests in a timely manner.
- Remove room service trays and update room status accurately.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health, safety, and chemical handling procedures.
- Ensure hotel security by reporting incidents or suspicious activities promptly.
Inventory & Supply Management
- Maintain linen, uniform, and inventory records, ensuring par stock levels are met.
- Minimize wastage of linen, amenities, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
Reporting & Documentation
- Process lost and found items and maintain accurate records.
- Report room damages, losses, and maintenance issues immediately.
- Report sleep-outs, prolonged "Do Not Disturb" rooms, and any unusual situations to Housekeeping Management.
General Support
- Support the business, guests, and colleagues whenever required.
