Room Attendant at Hilton. This role is based at a Hilton hotel property.
Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while delivering memorable hospitality experiences that brighten guests' stays.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms to spotless standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Supply and Inventory Management
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
