Role Overview
Room Attendant / Accommodation Attendant at Hilton. This role supports the Hotels team in delivering exceptional guest experiences through dedicated room maintenance and hospitality service.
Role Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. You deliver memorable experiences that make every guest stay exceptional by maintaining spotless accommodations and responding promptly to guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Keep guest rooms spotless
Linens & Amenities
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities throughout assigned rooms
Supply Management
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Manage supplies for assigned areas
Waste Management
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
Guest Service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Delight guests through attentive service and attention to detail
