Role Overview

F&B position at Emaar Hospitality Group. The role ensures exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment and represents the brand throughout the guest journey.

Role Purpose

Deliver flawless dining experiences by delighting each guest from welcome until farewell, ensuring that each guest becomes a happy fan of the restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Go the extra mile where possible.

Stakeholder Management

• Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum high school diploma; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
