Role Purpose

Represent the Emaar brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of the restaurants by delighting them from welcome until farewell.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Standards

• Oversee all operational tasks in F&B Service in line with service standards and procedures.
• Analyze operations and assign resources accordingly.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.

Team Leadership & Development

• Conduct coaching and training on-the-job.
• Provide constructive feedback on- and off-the-job.
• Conduct huddles during shifts to ensure seamless communication.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an F&B specialist in a Supervisory role or similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
• Minimum high school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
