In-Room Dining role at Emaar, focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment.

Role Purpose

Ensure flawless dining experiences throughout the guest journey by representing the brand with genuine hospitality, delighting guests from welcome to farewell, and converting each guest into a happy fan of the restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage service while maintaining service standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment.
• Go the extra mile where possible.

Guest Experience

• Represent the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless dining experience.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Delight guests from welcome until farewell.

Team Collaboration

• Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum high school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.

Skills & Competencies

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English required; additional languages are an asset.
