Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Delivery

• Represent the brand throughout the guest journey to deliver a flawless service experience.
• Delight guests from welcome until farewell with exceptional service.
• Go the extra mile where possible to exceed expectations.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.

Operations & Standards

• Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with service standards and procedures.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors always with the guests' interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
• Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy required for therapists.
• Minimum high school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
