Role Overview

Role Purpose

Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining established standards of cleanliness and orderliness in rooms and public areas. Represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delighting guests from welcome until farewell and ensuring each guest becomes a happy advocate of the products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

• Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
• Maintain established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.

Guest Service Delivery

• Deliver a flawless dining experience to each guest.
• Demonstrate timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
• Go the extra mile where possible to exceed expectations.

Guest Experience & Communication

• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star hotel.
• At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
• High school diploma or higher secondary qualification minimum.
