Role Overview

Role in General Accommodation (VAJ) at Emaar. This position supports daily operations within assigned staff accommodation facilities.

Role Purpose

Handle day-to-day operational activities within assigned accommodation, support the Accommodation Operations Leadership team with assigned tasks, and deliver high-quality service to residing ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Conduct all operational tasks in maintenance and upkeep of the staff accommodation.

Ambassador Support & Service Delivery

• Receive ambassadors in the accommodation and take orders.
• Deliver requests in a timely manner.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always with ambassadors' interests at heart.
• Go the extra mile where possible.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star hotel.
• At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
• High school diploma or higher secondary qualification (minimum required).
• Proficient in English language.
