Role Overview

Front Office Role (AFR) at Emaar. This position is based in the hospitality sector and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a front office environment.

Role Purpose

Ensure exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment by representing the brand throughout the guest journey and delivering a flawless stay experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

• Delight each guest from check-in until check-out to make them a happy advocate of the rooms and facilities.
• Conduct all operational tasks in Front Office while living up to service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra mile where possible.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.

Communication & Collaboration

• Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the guest's interests at heart.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role or similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry.
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
