Role Purpose

Provide exceptional guest support and service while maintaining operational excellence in a 5-star hospitality environment. Uphold service standards, contribute to the company's service culture, and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service with genuine warmth and attention to detail.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.

Operational Support

• Participate in supporting and affirming the service culture and contributing to the improvement process.
• Comply with the work directives, policies and procedures of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma minimum required.
• College degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
