Role Overview

RM Warehouse Keeper at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Manage raw material warehouse operations, inventory systems, and distribution across multiple locations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and delivering effective service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Apply inventory principles including replenishment techniques and stock rotation practices.
• Execute material and parts requirement planning techniques.
• Distribute raw materials across multiple warehouses.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate accounting within warehouse systems.

Customer Relationship Management

• Liaise effectively with internal and external customers.
• Execute Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Resolve customer claims and concerns.
• Understand and apply measurement criteria for service performance.

Operations & Planning

• Organize and plan warehouse activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
• Understand and apply NAPCO's machines' functions, limitations, tools, and labor requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.

Data Management & Reporting

• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various warehouse sources.
• Evaluate and analyze results to support decision-making processes.
• Create reports to assist management across various operational aspects.

Compliance & Business Understanding

• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of the not-for-profit business environment and organizational objectives.

Skills & Competencies

• Business Acumen — Intermediate level; understanding of NFP business environment and objectives.
• Communication — Intermediate level; ability to deliver information verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
• Data Analysis & Reporting — Basic level; monitor, collect, and interpret raw data; evaluate results and create reports.
• Language — Basic level; knowledge of and use of National and Foreign languages, both spoken and written.
• Planning & Organizing — Intermediate level; ability to organize and plan work and project activities efficiently.
• Technological Ability — Intermediate level; understanding and effective use of standard equipment, office automation systems, and software.
• Inventory Management — Intermediate level; application of inventory principles, replenishment techniques, and material requirement planning.
• Customer Relationship Management — Intermediate level; ability to liaise with customers, execute SLAs, and resolve claims.
• Manufacturing Knowledge — Intermediate level; knowledge of NAPCO's machines' functions and limitations, tools, labor, and raw material transformation processes.
