Role Purpose

To support and optimize risk operations through data-driven analysis, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks, improving operational efficiency, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and Activity Management

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews and activity data quality checks.
• Perform case reviews and user behaviour analysis based on operational needs.

Analysis and Insights

• Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights.
• Support operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration through data-driven recommendations.
• Identify risks from anomalous data and articulate the underlying causes.

Operations Optimization

• Continuously monitor data and define risk indicators.
• Optimize workflows and establish a standardized risk operations framework.
• Improve operational efficiency through process refinement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk control strategies across functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations.
• Exposure to at least one of the following: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis.
• Experience with R or Python is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and risk intuition.
• Solid logical thinking and data sensitivity.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus.
