Role Purpose
Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise in retail environments to ensure optimal product availability and customer-ready displays.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandise Management
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise according to company standards.
- Organize products to maximize visibility and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the store.
Store Maintenance
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to reorder needs.
- Remove damaged or expired merchandise.
- Keep sales floor clean and organized.
Customer Service
- Assist customers in locating products.
- Answer questions about merchandise availability and location.
