Role Overview
Retail Sales Specialist at Sealy Mattress Middle East, based in various showrooms across Saudi Arabia. This senior-level position requires a highly experienced and driven professional with 8+ years of dedicated expertise in bedding and mattress sales.
Role Purpose
Drive premium retail sales by delivering expert consultations on advanced sleep systems and luxury bedding, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining premium brand standards across showroom operations to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence
- Deliver expert consultations on Sealy's advanced posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding accessories.
- Drive premium retail sales to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
Customer Consultations
- Assess individual customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences using deep product knowledge.
- Recommend ideal mattress models based on customer requirements.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain premium brand standards across showroom displays.
- Ensure correct product formatting, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage long-term relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts.
- Provide structured follow-ups and after-sales care.
Market Intelligence
- Track local mattress market trends, competitor promotions, and consumer preferences in Saudi Arabia.
- Feed actionable insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8+ years of proven retail experience specializing in high-end mattresses, bedding textiles, or sleep ergonomics.
- Expert understanding of mattress construction including pocket springs, memory foam, latex, and hybrid layers.
- Knowledge of sleep science.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional bilingual capabilities in Arabic and English.
- Highly persuasive and polished consultative selling style.
- Deep product knowledge of Sealy's sleep systems and bedding accessories.
Additional Information
- Target Nationalities: Saudi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Yemeni, or Egyptian (with transferable Iqama where applicable).
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid residency status.
