Retail Sales Monitor and Supervisor role with Landmark Group.
Role Purpose
Monitor and supervise retail sales operations, ensuring targets are met, customer service standards are maintained, and team performance is optimized across assigned locations or departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Monitoring and Performance
- Monitor retail sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and trends.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Team Supervision and Development
- Supervise sales staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service and Experience
- Maintain high customer service standards across the retail environment.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld.
Operations and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
- Manage inventory levels and stock control processes.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, staffing, and operational issues.
