Role Purpose

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will build direct relationships with customers across Minimalist stores in the UAE by understanding their needs in detail and recommending products that align with their personal style. You will engage with every customer equally, whether they are making a purchase or browsing, and focus on forging meaningful connections rather than transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Actively approach and assist customers in the store.
• Treat every customer as important, regardless of whether they are on a spending spree or window-shopping.

Needs Assessment & Product Recommendation

• Answer customer questions and understand their needs.
• Recommend products tailored to customer preferences.
• Showcase products that will most closely fit what customers are looking for.

Sales Execution

• Convince customers to finalize a purchase.
• Increase sales through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools the business is utilizing.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Operational Management

• Independently keep track of sales records.
• Coordinate with respective departments.
• Optimize performance.

• Uphold the brand's standards of excellence in every customer interaction.
