Role Purpose

Ensure smooth operations of retail stores, supervise and train staff, manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and drive sales performance across the retail function.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth operations of retail stores
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Staff Management

• Supervise and train retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques

Inventory & Merchandise

• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Assist with ordering and receiving of merchandise

Visual Merchandising & Sales

• Create and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile sales

Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in retail operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
