Role Overview
Retail Counter Sales position at Burjline Builders, located in Deira Gold Souk, Dubai.
Role Purpose
Serve walk-in customers in a jewellery supply retail environment, selling jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals, while building product knowledge and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Handle walk-in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery-making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Order Management
- Prepare quotations and process orders.
- Follow up with customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Counter/retail sales experience preferred, ideally in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
- Hindi, Gujarati, or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Additional Information
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month plus accommodation and transport.
- Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days per week.
- Weekly off: Sunday or rotational.
