Role Overview
Retail Commercial Consultant at CRC, part of the Betterhomes Group, based in Dubai. This commission-based role focuses on retail and F&B commercial real estate leasing and sales.

CRC is part of the Betterhomes Group and specializes in commercial real estate with retail and F&B at the core of its business. The team is commercial-only and collaborative, operating in Dubai's retail and F&B property market.
Role Purpose
Advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies for retail and F&B properties. Build long-term client relationships and close high-value transactions across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing and Sales
- Lease and sell retail and F&B units across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value transactions.
Client Advisory
- Advise clients on footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends.
- Work closely with restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Valid UAE driving license or ability to convert one.
Skills & Competencies
- Driven, commercially minded approach with proactive mindset.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, locations and brand positioning.
- Fluency in English.
