Role Overview
Restaurant Reservations Agent at Palazzo Versace Dubai, based in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant reservations, guest inquiries, and dining coordination, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations Management
- Handle restaurant reservations accurately via phone, email, and reservation systems
- Coordinate dining arrangements across all hotel restaurants and outlets
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records and seating plans
Guest Services
- Provide detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours, and special events
- Manage guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to ensure smooth operations
Service Standards
- Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's luxury service standards
