Role Purpose

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and outstanding customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for staff management, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food preparation.

Staff Management

• Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.

Customer Service

• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and create reports.

Inventory & Compliance

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
