Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Enforce policies and procedures across all dining operations.
• Monitor service and product quality to maintain consistent standards.

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and quality dining.
• Assess guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the dining experience.

Revenue Growth & Marketing

• Implement innovative marketing strategies to maximize food and beverage sales.
• Develop and execute up-selling techniques and promotional initiatives.
• Drive profitability through strategic revenue management.
• Manage budgeting to support business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize achievements to retain and engage staff.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members.
• Maintain high service standards and operational excellence through staff development.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
