Role Overview
Restaurant Counter Cashier at TGP International. This role serves as the welcoming face of the brand, managing transactions and guest interactions at the counter.
Role Purpose
Manage customer transactions, process orders accurately, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact through final payment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Order & Payment Processing
- Accurately process orders via POS system
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions responsibly
- Communicate order details clearly to the kitchen team
Facility Management
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and front-of-house area
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience (restaurant preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling payments accurately
- Good communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills (preferred)
- Customer-first mindset with a cheerful and professional demeanor
