Role Purpose

To lead and manage site supervision activities for large-scale and complex building projects, ensuring construction is delivered in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while managing multiple stakeholders and integrating architectural, structural, and building services elements seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Delivery

• Lead and manage site supervision activities for large-scale and complex building projects.
• Ensure construction is delivered in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee integration of building services, structural systems, façades, cladding, and high-end finishes.
• Provide technical guidance on structural steel works, façade systems, and complex building interfaces.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, inspectors, and specialists.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all site activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Act as the key interface between the client, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead coordination efforts across all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage expectations and provide clear, proactive communication at all levels.
• Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder forums and client engagements.

Reporting & Communications

• Conduct regular meetings, reporting, and presentations to senior stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in construction supervision and engineering roles.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex, and iconic building projects.
• Strong exposure to structural steel systems, high-end architectural finishes, and façade and cladding works.
• Experience in rail-related projects is highly desirable (not mandatory).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex building services integration (MEP).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• Experience in handling high-visibility, landmark projects.
• Strong track record in similar Resident Engineer roles on major programs.
