Role Overview
Reservations Supervisor at Hilton. This role supervises daily reservations operations and leads the reservations team to deliver memorable guest experiences while supporting hotel revenue goals.
Role Purpose
Oversee the accurate and efficient handling of individual and group reservations, lead the reservations team through training and coaching, manage group blocks and inventory, and ensure high service standards that support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Reservations Handling
- Oversee the accurate and efficient handling of individual and group reservations to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue goals
- Process reservation inquiries and updates, providing exceptional service to both guests and team members
- Support group reservation execution by building and assigning blocks, assisting with rooming lists and billing, and verifying checklist and resume accuracy
Team Leadership
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the reservations team and ensure high service standards through training, coaching, and quality checks
Group Block & Inventory Management
- Oversee group room block setup, monitor cut-off dates and inventory levels, and ensure alignment with contracts and occupancy targets
- Manage group masters, rooming lists, and special rate plans
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy in reservation systems, including group masters, rooming lists, and special rate plans
- Support the generation of daily and weekly reports, including Group Pickup, No-Show, Booking Channel Summary, and Special Rate Plan Activity
