Role Overview
Reservations Agent at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality through guest interactions and booking management.
Role Purpose
Brighten guests' days by handling booking inquiries and delivering memorable experiences. Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations while promoting hotel services and maximizing room sales through proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Reservations & Bookings
- Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain attention to detail when recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.
Sales & Revenue
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
