Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Reservations

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.
• Convert guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Record and process all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Sales & Revenue Optimization

• Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades using proactive selling techniques.
• Respond to sales inquiries and help identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
