Reservations Agent at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on handling guest booking inquiries and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Role Purpose
Brighten guests' days by converting inquiries into confirmed reservations, maximizing room sales through proactive engagement, and delivering memorable experiences that define Hilton's hospitality standard.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every guest interaction
Reservations & Bookings
- Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations
- Record and process all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
Sales & Revenue Optimization
- Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades using proactive selling techniques
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities
