Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members.

Reservations Management

• Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Maintain attention to detail when recording and processing all reservations with accuracy.

Sales & Revenue Optimization

• Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and helping identify potential leads for future business opportunities.
