Role Overview
Reservations Agent at Palazzo Versace Dubai, responsible for managing guest inquiries and driving sales through professional reservations services.
Role Purpose
To represent the company professionally while managing guest reservations, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal, external, and prospective guests.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Proactively sell and upsell all products and services within the property.
- Proactively sell, up-sell, and cross-sell all products and services within the Palazzo Versace Dubai portfolio in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Maximize sales while assisting guests, internal and external customers, and future customers by offering the highest level of customer service.
- Be proactive to customer needs.
Operations & Administration
- Represent the company by following the standard operating procedures set by the organization.
- Handle queries through telephone, fax, and email.
- Perform filing of correspondence.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Check and update related reports.
- Perform all other tasks related to the position as required.
Quality & Compliance
- Achieve given targets and maintain exceptional performance at all times.
- Ensure compliance with the contact center quality performance requirements.
- Use approved language skills as required at all times.
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the contact center including all machines and other IT equipment.
