Role Purpose

Debug and test software products through systematic quality assurance processes. Execute test plans, maintain quality standards, document results, and collaborate with development engineers to identify issues and recommend corrective actions that ensure existing functionality and support product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Debug software products through the use of systematic tests.
• Apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Execute software test plans under general supervision of senior engineer.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action.
• Conduct functional and test process consulting and coordinate testing group.
• Perform QA tasks as assigned by the team.

Test Planning & Development

• Assist in developing test plans.
• Assist in designing, coding and executing automated test scripts.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Document and track product testing results.
• Report on bugs and other system checkups to management and users.

Collaboration

• Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• At least 4–5 years of work experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient computer software skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Java.
• Oracle 11/12.
• SOAP.
• JIRA.
