Role Overview
Reporting Manager at JASARA PMC. This role is essential for ensuring that reporting processes align with strategic objectives and operational goals.
Role Purpose
Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive reports that provide vital insights into projects and operations. Bring innovative reporting solutions to the forefront of operations and contribute to the success of JASARA PMC.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Framework & Development
- Lead the development of reporting frameworks that capture and analyze project data accurately.
- Identify opportunities for improved reporting processes and technologies.
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in reporting processes.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with project teams to gather data and reporting requirements for various stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting needs and expectations.
Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years' experience, including 3 years' experience on similar projects with Middle East project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of reporting methodologies and data visualization techniques.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- Proficiency in reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
