Role Purpose
Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of project performance data to guide key decisions and foster communication across teams. Ensure all reporting activities are carried out with high accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development
- Lead the development and generation of comprehensive reports that detail project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement effective reporting tools and frameworks to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs.
- Convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Team Management
- Manage the reporting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output.
- Lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and accuracy in all deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12–15 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or project management.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Knowledge of the construction and project management industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
